Demi’s renowned instincts as a DJ became evident after becoming a finalist in a national competition run by Mixmag magazine and Cream to find their new resident and being handpicked by Danny Tenaglia back in 2002 to play at his infamous “Be Yourself” parties on the strength of a mixtape (at a time when mixes were still on tape). Between 2001- 2004, Demi curated and embedded the “Deeper Substance” nights into the London scene, planting the seed for every other aspect of his career to build on. Culminating with the milestone achievement of a Radio One Essential Mix with the SOS Collective, made up of fellow sonic mavericks: Omid 16B and Desyn Masiello. Along with two critically acclaimed SOS compilations: “Balance 013” & “Ministry of Sound presents SOS”; two timeless pieces demonstrating musical synergy at its force, and forever etching its mark on dance music’s legacy.
His debut solo mix compilation in 2011 “Sounds like Alola Volume 2” is an astounding sonic collage of the seminal deep house label’s rich back catalogue. Piecing the past, present and future together, this body of work is a true testament to the natural approach to his beliefs of the DJ art form, and thus provides a sensational journey for the listener.
The recent downtime taken since the intense touring of the previous years has allowed Demi to focus and channel all his love and devotion towards original and remixed recordings. The studio output has been a considered process.

A patient release of sonic experimentations amassed over the years now coming to fruition to form the foundations of his eagerly awaited debut album and new innovative vinyl label EyeTone Records.
Not seduced by what is current but by what could be, we see a forward thinking music man who wears his heart on his sleeve as he embarks in his next thrilling chapter while continuing to endear to all who come across his effervescent personality.
Demi’s musical journey continues to deliver what you want, not what you expect.
